BITS headed to auction to rescue!

Hello all! Back in the Saddle Horse Adoption, Inc (BITS) is an all volunteer 501 (c) (3) non profit organization dedicated to helping horses in need and horses destined for slaughter. We are planning a trip to Sugarcreek Livestock Auction in Sugarcreek, Ohio. This is usually the last stop for horses destined for slaughter - OVER 80 % OF HORSES PURCHASED AT THIS AUCTION GO DIRECTLY TO SLAUGHTER!!!!!

We have a fundraising goal of $1000 which will save 5 horses from slaughter. This amount covers transport, vetting and purchase. Please help us achieve our goal by making a tax deductable donation to our cause!

With the help of several supporters and fellow rescue groups, 15 horses were pulled directly from slaughter pens July 4th weekend. I have attached photos of the 2 horses we brought to our rescue for rehabilitation/training.

We have until 7/22 to reach our goal! Please help spread the word!!!
