The Emergency Equine Assistance initiative was launched this week in Australia, Canada and USA.

The site for the UK is under construction but will be ready within days. The UK does have a system but is not free. Also, France has a similar system.

Emergency Equine Assistance is a network of horse people (and businesses) who can be called upon in the event of an emergency, such as road-side assistance for horse float and/or horse truck!

Members can call other members to receive assistance, such as having horses transported home or somewhere overnight for safety, or any other servcies that members (including businesses) offer.
