Barnmice Equestrian Social Community

The video community for horse people everywhere

We've both(fiancé and I) been looking into farrier programs or school here in Ontario. I know Seneca used to years ago but got rid of it...dying trade I suppose and Kemptville is a little to far. Anyway, my fiancé is interested in doing this as a career change, we are planning to move out west in a few  months and start a ranch, and want to shoe our own horses. We were hoping to finish a short course and do an apprenticeship out there. Olds College, Alberta is now turned into a 2 year full time program and just not possible for him.

Any suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated :)
Thanks!
