* Location: Mission (off of sylverster and farms on sward road. Gorgeous country side.)
Western And English Tack Supplied
* Allowed to use own tack as long as it fits.
* He knows both English and Western and has little bit of experience in jumping.
* He was trained 90 days professional in Western couple years ago.
* Great personality.
* No problems, he's 90% calm with most things. Has been on roads and ridden through the back fields of the facility.
* Enjoys simple fun time, and calm easy rides.
* No shoes required.
Suitability
* Perfect for anything really except dressage.
* 90% safe and reliable, has rarely gone lame. Had him for over a year and only went lame once.
* Great for most level of riders, but I would recommend getting lessons
if you are a beginner. He has had two very extreme beginners on him
under supervision and was really good with both of them.
* He's always alert and once he knows who you are, will usually greet you when you come to the barn.
* Lease is on property only, however, option for taking on trail rides is available(must have your own trailer.)

Options And Location
* Indoor and outdoor arena available at all times.
* Manager lives on site and has 36yrs of experience with horses.
* Quiet facility, eveyone is very friendly.
*Possible lessons if interested from the facility manager
Lease
options are negotiatable, but offering him for $150 a month with stall
cleaning and possible show options for right person.
