how much to ask for full lease of my well bred, well broke palomino quarterhorse gelding?

Hay!

I am new to this. Have a well broke awesome western reigning trained Qh GELDING six years old.

Someone walts to full lease him from me off property. How much would I ask for him?

That is his picture above. He is well broke, located on the beautiful Ganaraska Forest in lovely southern ontario Canada.

Looking for ideas on how much to ask monthly? She would assume vet and farrier cost for off property lease.

Is she paying board? If she's paying for all of the horse's care, keep and equipment, I wouldn't charge anything on top of that. Make sure you have an airtight contract drawn up by a lawyer. Letting a horse leave your barn can be a dodgy business.
