Injured dog dumped at the side of the road

I was just reading about some A#%# of a person who dumped an injured dog at the side of the road in the UK. Thankfully someone videoed it and took the dog to a rescue, but it got me thinking about HOW people (or should I say sub-humans) can ever possibly treat animals with such cruelty. It makes me sick and I had to vent.

In the meantime, that lead me to this video of the dogs rescued from Michael Vick's property. Thank goodness, it looks like many are on the road to a good life.
