Ian Nicoll, the father of Olympian Ashley Holzer has passed away. I have known Ashley since she was a young girl, and her father was always there supporting her.

He was truly "the wind beneath her wings", and day in and day out he would drive her to the stables for her rides. He believed in her from day one and his love and unwavering support were obvious for all to see.

My heartfelt condolences to Ashley and Family.
