Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven knowledge of fitting and adjusting of quality English Saddles 
• 3 years experience in the field required
• Retail Sales of saddles and tack an asset but not necessary
• Strong Team player
• Strong communication skills required with professional attitude
• Possess a valid driver's license
• References required
