Massage is a great additive to the equine lifestyle. When common issues arise and don't get cared for, they may end up causing more problems due to compensation from the first noticed "change" in the way they are going. It is important to help your loved ones by being preventative, massage is a great medication free way of doing so. If you are looking for a therapist make sure you're working with someone that is Registered. You want a therapist you can trust as had the proper training to give your horse the best possible outcome, and doing so safely. You can find a Registered Equine Massage Therapist at the www.ifremt.org website that is in or close to your area.
