Spooky Ponies and Horses

Does your horse ever refuse? Well, I know mine use to. But now, amazingly she jumps everything. My coach helped me learn how to get her confident even over the spookiest of jumps. K, so when you turn to a jump, right exactly when they line up the jump and see it you tap them on the bum with your crop. I know, maybe it sounds cruel but when they get use to it, they will think "Ok, my mummy is saying that I have to jump this, I trust her." And once the horse is a little more confident, and then you only have to maybe tap when they feel spooky or you could tap lightly on their shoulder.
