Hi Jennifer - we are located in PA. We are an all volunteer 501 (c) (3) non profit organization dedicated to helping horses in need and horses destined for slaughter. We regularly travel to auctions and pull horses from kill pens or purchase them in the sales ring when a kill buyer is bidding. They are then brought back to our facility and placed in quarantine, vetted, rehabilitated, retrained and adopted out into new homes. We also accept horses into our program by donation of their owner. These horses are evaluated and placed for adoption. Our organization has helped hundreds of horses since 2003.

I am interested in learning more about your group. Every animal I have is adopted/rescued. Also, I noticed on your website that the 2 horses you have for adoption both have dry, cracked hoofs. My ranch, in Cancun, has taken in several rescued horses from the north and the warm, humid weather seems to help heal the cracks; along with proper diet of course.
