Colorado Horse Park Proud to Welcome Dressage & Event Riders to Upcoming Events;
Entries Now Open for 2015 High Prairie Dressage & 2015 CHP Horse Trials
Parker, CO - The Colorado Horse Park (CHP) and Colorado Equestrian Partners are excited to announce exciting upcoming events for both disciplines of Dressage and Eventing, and would like to welcome back riders of both disciplines for the 2015 season.
CHP, the largest horse park West of the Mississippi, hosts over 40 events of multiple disciplines throughout the calendar year and welcomes amateurs, juniors, and Olympians alike. Entries are now open for the CHP High Prairie Dressage I, II and III. The facility is also proud to announce that entries are now open and wishes to welcome Event riders to the 2015 Colorado Horse Park Horse Trials.
The CHP High Prairie Dressage I, II, and III competition is set to take place May 29- 31, 2015. Entries are now open and must be received no later than May 11, 2015. Please click here to view the prize list and for more information on how to enter.
The High Prairie Dressage competition will be not only an Official Qualifying Competition for the 2015 Adequan FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships, presented by Gotham North, but will also be an Official Qualifying Competition for the 2015 Markel/USEF Young and Developing Horse Dressage Championships, a qualifier for the Great American/USDF Regional Championships, the RMDS Championships, and the Dover Medal Adult Amateur program.
High Prairie Dressage will also bring exciting competition with the 2015 USEF Pony Rider Dressage National Championship, the 2015 AGCO/USEF Junior and Young Rider Dressage National Championships, and the 2015 USEF Young Adult 'Brentina Cup' Dressage National Championship, presented by Dressage Today.
The 2015 CHP Horse Trials are also set to take place May 29 - 31, 2015. The competition will host USEF/USEA Recognized divisions I & P, USEF Endorsed/USEA Recognized Divisions T, N, & BN, and USEA Recognized Test, Intro. The cross-country course, designed by James Atkinson, promises to host exciting competition. For more information about the event, including entry information, please click here. The Colorado Horse Park would also like to announce a clinic with Karen O'Connor, a five-time United States Olympic Eventer and current Mexican Eventing Chef d'Equipe, with Area IX Young Riders. The clinic is set to take place May 2-3, 2015. Auditors are welcome and there is currently a wait list for entries to participate. To view the entry form, please click here.
