Four Accused of Soring Horses Indicted

Four people accused of soring Tennessee Walking Horses to be used in competition have been indicted by a federal judge.
The 34-count superseding indictment adds charges to the original indictment that alleged that the four violated the federal Horse Protection Act by "soring horses and falsifying forms and other related paperwork."
