Four Horses Killed in Ranch Shooting

Four horses were fatally wounded by gunshot wounds to the head on Thursday at a location about ten miles southeast of Cooperstown, North Dakota, Inforum reports.
No suspects or motives have been declared, Griggs County Chief Deputy Terry Gray said Friday.
The four horses killed were worth between $4,000 and $5,000, plus the potential value of unborn foals that two of the horses killed were pregnant with.
