Attention FTI WEF Exhibitors: How To Do Entries
For The 2013 FTI WEF Circuit

Due to the increasing number of entries for the 2013 FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival season, there is a mandatory process for doing entries each week.

Implemented last year, there is also the deadline to declare any entries for any class on any day. That deadline is 4 p.m. the day before the class or classes that are being declared/entered. This allows everyone, horse show staff and exhibitors, to be more efficient in their planning for the following day's schedule.

In addition to the deadline of 4 p.m. for declaration, please be aware of the way the office and entries work for the upcoming season. Firstly, FTI WEF shows and entries are now online at www.showgroundslive.com/esp. For the time being, only the first week of FTI WEF is available, but the following weeks will be online soon.

Through this system, only one entry has to be done per horse for the entire FTI WEF circuit. Once a horse has been issued a back number DO NOT re-enter it in the system (www.showgroundslive.com/esp) or a duplicate will be created and may trigger late fees for the entry.

In order to make changes to the classes that are entered for a particular horse, simply do adds or scratches to the entry online by 4 p.m. the day prior to showing. Furthermore, exhibitors may declare on a weekly basis as to which horses are showing without any penalty.

The Horse Show Office and the online system (www.showgroundslive.com/esp) will cut off automatically at 4 p.m. each day for declarations to be made for the following day's entries.

No WEF back numbers will be issued without proper tax payee information for the prize money payee.

Paper entries will be accepted. However, the only delivery methods accepted are in person or by mail. NO FAXED ENTRIES.

For anyone who has not reserved their stalls on the show grounds for the 2013 FTI WEF season, there are a limited number of stalls still available. Please don't wait until the last minute to make your reservations, as we want to accommodate everyone.
