A third horse involved in the filming of the TV series "Luck" has now died.

The Associated Press reports that HBO has agreed to suspend filming with horses while the accident is being investigated.

The horse was being walked by a groom when it reared up and fell, suffering a head injury. It later had to be euthanized.

On Tuesday PETA sent complaints about "Luck" to Arcadia police and an animal humane society in nearby Pasadena.

According to PETA "Three horses have now died and all the evidence we have gathered points to sloppy oversight, the use of unfit, injured horses, and disregard for the treatment of thoroughbreds"
