Riders in the $15,000 PCHA Jimmy Williams Classic in the last week of the 2011 HITS Thermal Desert Circuit faced a very tough course designed by Olaf Petersen (GER).

Only three out of a starting field of over 40 riders were able to post a clear round with no time faults.

Abby Weese rode her own Ace to the first clear in the class and then had no faults in a good time of 45.514 in the jump-off to put the pressure on the two riders to follow her.

Both Greg Broderick riding Crown Joker (44.526) and Guy Thomas on Queen Charlotte B (43.261) caught Weese's time but each had rails.
