PARALYMPICS - IRELAND TAKES TEAM BRONZE IN PARA DRESSAGE

FOLLOWING Helen Kearney's remarkable Silver Medal win in the Individual Dressage Championships at the London Paralympics today, it has just been confirmed that her score has helped Ireland win the Dressage Team Bronze Medal.

Great Britain have won Team Gold, with Germany taking Team Silver.

Horse Sport Ireland Chairman Joe Walsh said: "Today has been a remarkable achievement, especially as this was the first year that Ireland had qualified a dressage team for the Paralympics. My congratulations go to everyone involved in this wonderful success."
