Show Jumping - Splaine Names Irish Team for Danish Nations' Cup on Friday

 

TEAM Ireland's show jumping manager Robert Splaine has confirmed his team for the Danish Nations' Cup which takes place at noon on Friday at Copenhagen.

The Europe Division Two clash in the 2013 Furusiyya FEI series features 13 teams, and Ireland have been drawn to jump second at the Bernstorffsparken arena.

Ireland's team will line out as:
Thomas Ryan/Cruise on Clover (ISH)
Anthony Condon/Value T
Alex Duffy/Corona
Mark McAuley/Par Trois.

This will be Ireland's second appearance in the Division Two series, having previously appeared at Linz, Austria at the beginning of the month.

In the Division One series, Ireland currently lies joint second in Europe with 75.67 points, with Switzerland in the lead on 90 points.
