SPEIRS BEST OF IRISH AFTER FIRST PHASE OF EVENTING

 

IRELAND’S last two Three Day Eventing competitors completed their dressage tests at Greenwich Park Today (Sunday).

Camilla Speirs and Portersize Just a Jif came home with a highly competitive penalty score of 47.80, while Mark Kyle and Coolio recorded 58.70.

The Eventers now move on to the second phase of their competition, the challenging cross country course, which takes place on Monday.

The final show jumping phase is scheduled for Tuesday, when both team and individual medals will be decided.

The final dressage scores of Ireland’s Eventing team are as follows:

Camilla Speirs - Portersize Just a Jiff (Owners Bridget & Camilla Speirs) 47.60


Aoife Clarke - Master Crusoe (Owner Lily White Syndicate) 48.90

Joseph Murphy - Electric Cruise (Owners Noel Good, Jill Andrews & A O’Callaghan) 55.60

Mark Kyle - Coolio (Owners Ronnie Bartlett & Mark Kyle) 58.70

Michael Ryan - Ballylynch Adventure (Owners: Carol & Tom Henry & Sheila Foley) 60.20

All competing horses are Irish Sport Horses.
