Following hearings and out of court negotiations, top Irish show jumping rider Jessica Kürten and her long-time sponsor Lady Georgina Forbes have reached a settlement.  

Lady Forbes will post a guaranteed security payment of €300,000 while Kürten will return the very successful string of horses to Lady Forbes.

Jumper-news.com quotes Kürten as saying:

“I can live well with this outcome. The attorneys and courts will deal with the rest. Now, I will be able to concentrate fully on horse riding again.”

The horses to be returned include Libertina, Myrtille Paulois, Cosma, Vivaido, and Paddington.
