Man Who Took Pony on Train, Into Pub, Hospital Identified

Joe Pannell, a member of the Irish traveling community, has been identified as the man seen leading his grey pony around north Wales this past weekend, Metro.co.uk reports.

Spectators note that Pannell was seen attempting to take his pony onto a train and into a local hospital. Pannell lead his pony into a pub, but because of a previous similar incident, was barred for life.

Animal welfare activists are seeking information on where to find Pannell, as it is believed that the pony is pregnant.
