Nashville Metro Park Police Mounted Unit Seeks Donated Horse

Lewisburg, TN – The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' and Exhibitors' Association has recently been informed that the Nashville Metro Park Police Mounted Unit is in need of a new mount for one of their officers. The group currently has six horses for seven officers. Based out of Percy Warner Park in Nashville, the Metro Park Mounted Unit’s responsibilities range from search and rescue and riot control to Nashville parades and children’s programs.
