A three and one half minute long video taken at a rodeo in Winnemucca, Nevada may help lawmakers revive a bill outlawing horse tripping.

The video shows the traditional Mexican rodeo event of horse tripping, where a horse's legs are roped out from under it, causing the horse to trip and fall. This event often leads to injuries and can even be fatal for the many young horses used for the sport.

SB364 was shot down by the Nevada Senate after is was decided that horse tripping does not exist in Nevada.

Currently legislators are looking into ways to bring the video into evidence to support their bill, in hopes of reviving and eventually getting the bill signed into law.
