Spruce Meadows Continental: Howard Does it Again

After her big win in the Nexen Cup Derby riding Lenox Lewis 2 during the 'National Tournament,' Leslie Howard (USA) triumphed on a different horse yesterday in the McDaniel & Associates Cup. Howard rode Utah, a 10 year-old Dutch warmblood gelding to the win.

Coming in second out of the eleven horse jump-off field was McLain Ward riding Vocas, a 9 year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding. Howard just nipped by Ward by 0.29 of a second.
