Reminder! The Ridge at Wellington Local Schooling Show Begins Tomorrow

Wellington, FL -  The Ridge at Wellington is pleased to announce that their first schooling show of 2013 will begin this Saturday, January 5, 2013. This will be the first of four schooling shows offered during season. Each year, the Ridge at Wellington offers the hunter/jumper schooling shows, as well as "Equitation Tuesday" Shows for riders of all levels, with the first "Equitation Tuesday" taking place this Tuesday, January 8. The Ridge at Wellington is a fantastic venue that offers state-of-the-art footing, as well as an affordable showing rate. The relaxed environment at the Ridge at Wellington provides divisions at all levels, and also provides temporary stabling for all events. Whether you are preparing for the Winter Equestrian Festival, or simply honing talent, the Ridge at Wellington offers the best of both worlds with gracious amenities, and fantastic events for all experience levels.

The Ridge at Wellington will offer schooling shows for the 2013 Palm Beach Series with four available weekends. Riders can look forward to classes for all experience levels, and will be able to show in a relaxed environment with an "old fashioned" atmosphere. Saturdays will offer hunter and equitation classes, while Sundays will stand as the jumper days. During the February and March schooling shows, the Ridge at Wellington will also offer a Low/High Hunter Derby with fences set at 2'6" or 3'. This two-round classic will bring back the top 12 horses from the first round to compete for the championship. Limited stabling is available.
