US Judge Denies BLM Bid to Dismiss Wild Horse Suit

U.S. District Judge Morrison England Jr. ruled Wednesday that In Defense of Animals and other advocates may move forward in their lawsuit against the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

The lawsuit includes an accusation that the BLM has violated laws protecting animals on the range, when more than 1,700 animals near the California-Nevada border were rounded up last year.
