USET Foundation Recognizes Its Loyal Gold Medal Club Members

 

 

Wellington, FL -  - The United States Equestrian Team Foundation is pleased to recognize the generous support of their Gold Medal Club (GMC) members. The Gold Medal Club is the lifeblood of the USET Foundation, accounting for nearly 80% of individual contributions each year, and is comprised of members who contribute a minimum of $1,000 or more annually. On Friday, January 25, 2013, the USET Foundation hosted the Gold Medal Club Reception where they recognized GMC Members that have made the USET Foundation a priority in their charitable giving for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years.

 

The GMC members have been a vital and essential source of support to the U.S. equestrian teams. For the last 10 years, the following GMC members have continued to generously support the USET Foundation: Ms. Florence Brown, Mr. & Mrs. Daniel J. Burke, Mr. Orlando N. Di Rienzo, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Dolan, Ms. Penny Howe Gallo, Mr. & Mrs. David L. Gribbons, Mr. & Mrs. E. Hunter Harrison, Mr. & Mrs. James D. Meyer, Dr. & Mrs. Richard D. Mitchell, the National Horse Show Association, Ms. Wendy O'Brien, Karen Reid Offield, Ms. Betsy Rebar Sell, Reeves International, Mrs. Patricia A. Stempel and Mr. & Mrs. Leslie H. Wexner.

 

Receiving the 15 Year Award was Mr. & Mrs. Harvey Bazaar, Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Domencich, John H. & Barbara Fairclough, Ms. Nonie B. Ramsay and Mr. Jack Wetzel.

 

The 20 Year Award was presented next, and the recipients were Mrs. Alison C. Jones, Miss. Linda A. Mars, Mr. Robert Morris, Jr., Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Patton, Jr. and Mr. David Teiger.

 

For a remarkable 25 years, Mr. & Mrs. S. Tucker S. Johnson have been members of the Gold Medal Club.

 

Receiving the USET Foundation's 30 Year Award, the Foundation's highest honor, was Miss. Carlene C. Blunt.

 

The USET Foundation would not be able to achieve their mission to support the competition, training, coaching, travel and educational needs of America's elite and developing international, high-performance horses and athletes in partnership with the United States Equestrian Federation without the generous support of each and every member of the Gold Medal Club.
