donated items for the auction and those who bigheartedly bid to take them home. Chairwoman Tuny Page,Young Professionals Chairwoman Devon Kane, and Celebrity HostessTami Hoag headed the event, more affectionately named, "Our Superheroes."The evening recognized those who have supported Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center (VTRC), over the past 30 years, acknowledging their help and generosity in support of the
center's mission "to overcome" disabilities through the everyday miracle of horses.

This years donors included The International Polo Club, who donated a membership in honor of Vinceremos' 30th Anniversary, Eby Trailers who donated a luxurious 2 horse trailer, Larsen Hay and Purina Feeds, long time supporters of the event, each donating 2 tons of Horse d'oeuvres. Also donated was round trip private airfare provided by Greenjets and two riding fashion outfits custom made by Alessandro Albanese.Also on offer was a luxurious stay at the Sherry Netherland in NewYork , NY, a Penthouse stay in Vail, CO, and a marina penthouse in Sotogrande, Spain. Donations from loyal Wellington merchants included The Tackeria, Vandell Jewelers, Polo Jewelers and Lazcar International.
The ability of attendees to care for one of the Vinceremos horses for a year by adopting them is always a special part of the evening. All 22 horses were spoken at the end of the evening.This year the Vinceremos herd was additionally acknowledged by sponsor, Ms. Tamara Gerber, who made a $30,000 donation in the name of her beloved horse, Sentimiento, in recognition of the unconditional loyalty that our horses continue to show their human partners.
"Thank you to all those who donated items to support our efforts," said Executive Director Ruth Menor. "We are so lucky to be surrounded by such generosity! The funds raised at this event will allow for us to take great care of our equine partners, and we have already made plans to add stables to their new facility, build therapy rooms and add new programs to our curriculum so that more riders can participate."
This has been an extraordinary year for Vinceremos!
