We got home late yesterday afternoon and I am so proud of both my girls. Cara finished 7/43, 7/33 and was 7 seconds over in time faults but went clear in her last round in the Hopeful Jumpers (scratched the second class and left for home before they announced the placings) and my mare placed 1st, 2-6th's and a 7th in Baby Green Hunters. She just turned 4 last month and it's her first show where she had to jump an entire course.

We got to see the new Grand Prix ring and the new indoor for the WEG. Very impressive. They have started placing this new footing in all of the arena's. It's a mixture of felt and sand and even after a solid 24 hours of rain the footing was great! A park worker said it cost $245,000 for the footing in the Grand Prix ring.

Shows sure are exhausting but congradulations on the riding successes! Did everyone have FUN? Very nice jump in the pic you attached.
