What is the modern judge looking for in Hunter classes and Hunter Over Fences these days?

It has been a very long time since I was in a hunter class. Would someone kindly fill me in on what judges are looking for now? If you are old enough, give me an idea how things have changed over including the type of horse, the style/action, tack, dress...Thanks for taking the time. Ann
