Ranch Help: Seeking experience individual to feed, water, bath, groom, clean few stalls, live on site, move horses, mow, operate tractor, ranch hand work, fencing repairs if needed, non smoker, non drinker, 2 dogs okay. 6 days a week. 1 day off. Feed 7 days a week. Paid according to experience and # of days work. If you have horses - need to discuss.

HOUSING INCLUDED: Living residence includes:2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, living, kitchen, laundry area with washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans, deadbolts. Large wood deck in front of living quarters. Fenced small back yard with steel fencing. Small storage shed. We pay for gas and water. Storm shelter. Excellent parking. City Water. Septic System New.

Breeding Facility Location: Located 35 minutes from Dallas. 75 north, northeast on Hwy 121. Off Hwy 121 - South Anna, Texas 75409 location.

Facility Accommodations: Large 6 stall show barn. 5 stall mare barn. Barn office. Feed barn. Fresh City Water. Large shaded trees, coastal pastures, gorgeous Texas rolling hill views. 442.28 acre Arabian and Tennesee Walking horse breeding facility. 30 acre private lake. 8.5 acre lake. 2 other stock ponds, cross fencing.
