Ranch Cook needed for busy trail ride operation in southern Alberta.
The ranch is conveniently located about 45 minutes southwest of Calgary in the spectacular Rocky Mountains.
Must have experience cooking for large groups, including a crew of wranglers daily and occasionally for guests/special events at the ranch. Other duties include meal planning, grocery shopping, light housekeeping in the main house and two guest cabins, and assisting the High Mountain Camp Cook with preparation for overnight trips.
Knowledge of gluten free and/or wild game cooking an asset but not essential. Willing to train the right individual. Full room and board available if necessary.
