Australia is having a hard time keeping a dressage team trainer on board. When Ulla Salzgeber resigned, she left a whirlwind of commotion behind down under. German Ralf Isselhorst had to fill her shoes, yet already called it quits after only one year. Isselhorst was reluctant to speak to Eurodressage about his resignation and remarked that "internal problems of competence in the top management of the EFA" was the general reason of resignation.
