Emma Hindle has just given my family and I a wonderful reminder of what dressage should be about!
Elegance, harmony, rhythm, suppleness, an athletic and happy horse, and a rider who can ride.

How very rare that is. Sad, but hardly surprising, considering the utterly baffling reaction of the judges. 70% is a ridiculously low score.
Hindle's was among the best presentations of dressage today and she was certainly not rewarded accordingly.

On a side note, how can van Grunsven score almost 75% for such an error-ridden performance?

We have taped the rides and are about to watch them. Will keep a special look out for both tests. Too bad about Emma Hindle's score.
that's what they call "Anky points".. Unless she falls off her horse, she'll always be scored higher than the rest!
