Hi Jennifer: I would recommend the Pilates books and also the DVD. Another option is Ridign with Chi - very gentle exercises that are non concussive and very useful including helping with breathing and relaxation to access core.

I just saw the title "Pilates for Riders" on the Horse Studio website and after spending two months in bed following severe pancreatitis, I've been looking for something to strengthen my core for riding again.

Just viewed the new Jenny Rolfe DVD and loved it. It works best when you have the book too. Thanks for the update.
