Following a temporary hiatus, Toronto CADORA is pleased to re-introduce its annual Toni Award, re-naming it the Toni Thompson “Spirit of Dressage” Award. This award was originally introduced in 1987 to honour one of the club’s most dedicated members at the time, Toni Thompson. A $350 bursary will be awarded to a person (rider, supporter, coach) who demonstrates dedication, performance, merit and devotes positive energy through volunteerism to the betterment of the sport of Dressage in this area. Presentation of the Toni Thompson “Spirit of Dressage” Award will be made at Toronto CADORA’s November 1 Annual General Meeting featuring special guest, Stephen Clarke.The search for this year’s winner is now on. Any Toronto CADORA or Caledon Dressage member in good standing can nominate a deserving fellow member for the award.
