Hi Sean, I'm sorry that I never responded. I haven't been on this website in about four years. Unfortunately I don't have any gypsy cobs however I like to use Mane n Tail for any horse. It is a really deep conditioner that makes any rough tale super soft. Just make sure that you leave it in for long enough!
