Park Out - Kentucky Horse

When saddlebreds stand they "park out". This stance was made for 2 reasons. (1) - For a lady to get on her horse with out a step block. (2) - In war before it started they would line up, to keep the horse from wandering and moving it was put in this comfy stand.

Comment by SkyHilaryLove on May 19, 2008 at 8:50am: The saddle is a saddleseat or cutback. Its very flat, with a very low cantle and Pommel. It also has NO Knee rolls or calf rolls, so balance is every thing. Yup, 2 bits are used at one time. A thin snaffle and a curb, our curb bits are usually 5 inch port and 7 inch shank.
