Sam was found abandoned by us to, so i've no idea what his parentage is, but the amount of people that are interested in him is astounding, He's a sweet natured dog, lets the cat eat out of his bowl and lets him sleep in his bed. I'll watch out for the photos of your pup - I know they'll be good photos if the ones of your horses are anything to go by. Laters, Helen

You know, that's exactly what I suspected. I've got CKC and AKC books of dogs at home (used to be a groomer). He's such an interesting looking fellow. I'll have to post pics of my pup too.

Just been looking at my 'Dog Breeds' book and see if you can find a picture of a German Wire haired Pointer, they have the same beard and white collie type chest.

Oh my goodness!! I have a pup who looks very similar to your dog! What is he?!?! We got ours as a stray on the road by our farm with his mom who looks like a dwarf border collie x lab.
