Thanks for starting a fan club for our boy! Jack, also known as Basil, is about 9 years old. He lived alone at our nighbour's farm when we moved here 7 years ago. We fell in love with him when he would follow us along the fence line as we walked our dogs. So when we heard he was going to the auction we traded him with our neighbour for use of our fields for a season. He is a real sweetie. I hear that many donkeys are timid or standoffish, but not Jack, he loves attention. His only job is company for our horses and pet, although I've toyed with training him to pull a cart.....
