I cold hosed him on the lump last night after our workout and we do massage it also. I try to massage him all over when I can, I think he really enjoys it.

He's finally healing up, it was still a little swollen here but the swelling is gone now. There is a big lump inside, I hope that most of it reabsorbs. He has a tiny lump from a kick when he was a yearling right beside the big lump.
