Cooper was full of spunk tonight, while circling with the 22' rope he pulled out of my hands once and did a lot of bucking. He was still very energetic while doing the giving to the bit work.

We had all the lights go out one time when we were in the indoor and the horses were fine~Only the humans got excited. It was very brief and very dark.

Nice sharing our path together. Hoping this next year will be very progressive for both/all four of us!

I may have to call in more help when it starts getting warmer. If we don't get going with some progression soon I won't be waiting till it gets warmer. Our first winter together was much colder then we are getting so far. I have been with Cash for 7 years in January. What a ride!! It's gone too fast. Wait...I think it might be 8 years. I gotta figure this out. Later! It is 8 years and Cash will be 11 in the spring. We have a lot to do for him to be a 'been there-done that' horse by the time he is 15.

I think it's fun too, just that one time he pulled back a little too hard and I didn't feel like dragging along with him so let him go. The doors were closed and he couldn't go anywhere and everyone else was inside. A few of the horses were like this tonight, it was snowing out. The indoor arena lights went out twice, half of them, good thing they didn't all go out.

Part of being a horse! I think it's kinda fun and accept it as 'not the best time to ride". Sometimes they get rid of the high energy and are fun to ride after those moments.
