Cheyenne is Special to me because she taught me how to ride (along with my mom) she was sweet and gentle but never too lovy dovy! about two years ago Annie had a cut that sliced down toward her hoof on her back leg i don't know how she got it 9and still don't) but it was heart breaking because for awhile we thought she would be lame and have problems for the rest of her life and we might have to put her down. after 3 to 4 times a day of care and cleaning and a million times praying it finally closed up, no proud flesh thank the lord! it took about 4 to 5 weeks of recovery she still has a nasty scar but she's sound and i love her and why she's special to is because during this time we separated her from the other horses so i think we grew closer so i guess i sorta became part of her herd she doesn't show it to me but my mom says whenever i was gone she was very restless and whinnied very shrilly i couldn't believe it! that made me love her all the more!!!!
