This is my little horse Tattoo, and my son Ned coming in from the paddock. I love the expression on Tattoo's face. He is starting to feel that we really are his herd, and he is finding his place in all of this. He was a very abused horse, and this sense of belonging is very new to him, he finds it hard to trust, and if you knew his background, you would wonder that he could trust anyone, or anything ever again.
