Since they are so used to their race briddles I like to break them in to ride in the same briddle, sometimes with the bit they wear sometimes with my kimblewick, besides I think Tattoo looks cute in his green and gold race briddle  :)

When I rode before I was always stressed about getting the job done yesterday would be better than today!!!  Now it is nice not to have to worry about a time frame, I just ride when I can, work them at their own pace-- it is about the journey now, not the end result.  Much more fun, and not nearly as much stress.  Not to say that I am not as competitive as I always was, just not as worried about getting to the end product on a time frame.  Old age I guess lol lol
