A Bit About Me and my Horse(s): I am a dressage rider and constantly striving to better my horse and myself. I'm in the rebuilding stage, starting back with a filly that I bred myself - I had the Mom.... 17h Trakehner, and when she couldn't stay sound - I bred her. so I now have a Connemara x Trakehner - 15+h 5 yr old. (a much better size for my age - so I've been told!) I have gone from a stable of 2 older competition horses, and two babies, down to just one - and I've learned that it's impossible to ride more than one horse a day (at least for my age!)(and have other things to do in my life).
I'm also a library cataloger and manage and buy (volunteer position) for my local library.
One of my best motto's is " I love my computers because my friends live in them".
Another one is" You know you are a horseman when.... you have a 17,000 trailer and a 1700 truck".
Or, You know you're a horseman when your friends don't want to get into your car, because they'll get hay in their clothes. That's ok, because then you'd have to clean out the front seat of all the tack that's there!"
