Anytime you get discouraged with your MS I'm here.
One problem I had with my horses after I got diagnosed was that back when I "broke" them I was still secure in the saddle. I got a lot of "I KNOW you can stay on my back when I do this...", and it made for some overly interesting rides since I was so very, very weak.
I ride other people's horses now. I "tell" the horse what is wrong with me, ask the horse if it is all right for me to ride it, and I do everything I can not to cause the horse pain. In return the horses have taken care of me, never giving me trouble beyond my ability to handle it. Yes, I have to use a lot more leg often because the horses seem to be saying "I don't know if you are up to this, you will have to convince me you are up to this." I listen to all the horses' objections because there is are excellent odds that when the horse does not obey me like I want it to it is my fault, especially with my hands.
May your training work and rides go perfectly and your horses be understanding angels. It is possible, in the past 10 years I've mostly ridden Arabs and I have no fear of getting on a TB either as the TB and Arabs I've ridden have gone out of their way to take care of me when I am unstable.
