A Bit About Me and my Horse(s): From the moment I learned I could not actually grow up and become a horse, it has been my dream to work with them. I have always felt such a strong connection with them and want to share that feeling with my community.

Now, I’m crowdfunding through GoFundMe.com to fulfill my dream of opening an equestrian consignment shop.There is no doubt that owning and riding a horse can be expensive. I want to be able to provide the community with the option to purchase gently used tack and accessories at a significant cost savings.

Beyond sales, the shop’s focus will be to assist nonprofit organizations like the EEMV - The Exceptional Equestrians of the Missouri Valley, a therapeutic riding center. I will raise awareness and help them obtain funding so they are able to carry out their mission and make a difference. This shop will become a pillar in the equestrian community and will have a significant impact on my city’s cultural and small business climate.

I have several years experience in retail and dog grooming, as well as many years of horse experience. From managing stables to being the proud human companion of an Arabian gelding, named Kosta, I have always tried to surround myself with horses and expand my knowledge of them.
