- A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
- After growing up with horses (farming and ranching), I never was around them throughout my career. When I retired, I began volunteering at a horse rescue. Caesar was surrendered - not abused or neglected, just no longer wanted. Once I rode him (as a beginner), it was done. He's an amazing 18 (19) YO quarter horse who knew much more than I did. He's been my partner now for 7+ years; I've learned so much from him ... and of course, about myself. I'm incredibly lucky to have this horse in my life.
